Client Manager

What we’re looking for:
An ambitious, smart, high energy, relationship salesperson to work with our existing bank and credit union clients to help them maximize our top-performing consumer checking solutions.


What it takes to be considered (the personal stuff):

• Ambitious, smart, high energy approach in a team environment
• 3+ years proven results selling into an established client base
• A desire to build strong, long-term client partnerships that are mutually rewarding
• Knowledge of the banking/credit union/financial services industry
• Excellent presentation, consulting and training skills. You need to be able to effectively relate to and communicate with executive decision-makers, and educate and inspire front line retail bankers
• An appreciation for the mobile app lifestyle – confident and knowledgeable in using a variety of mobile apps
• Willing to travel an average of 2-3 nights weekly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic quantitative analysis skills - you have to know your way around basic spreadsheet templates.


What else is required (the technical stuff):
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling services into banks and credit unions ideal
• Technologically proficient - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WebEx, and Salesforce.com


Compensation:
• Annual Salary: Based on individual/experience, $70k - $90k.
• Annual Performance Bonus + Commissions up to 50% of annual salary
